I had purchase a F150 in March every one from the very kind from the lady at the front desk to my salesman was great, very helpful and courteous and while I did have a bit of a issue at first the General Manger John made sure to contact me and make it right and that I was happy with my purchase in the end.

Service writer advised me to get OEM compressor at twice the price of aftwrmarket the Endurance warranty authorize ro save time in uncertain delivery. It took just as lomg to het the Ford part ao I saved no time but apent twice the pricenid the AC repair. Not a good experience.

Mr David Skinner Service advisor was great with his communication on the issue with my vehicle. He advised me on a couple of different options on the repair and explained them thoroughly so I could choose the option that worked best for me. The dealership has changed owners in the past two years. I have taken a wait and see approach. So far changes are minor. One thing that has made me question my continued patronage. The new owners have chosen to show extremist political programming in the service waiting room. Other than that, Service continues to be good.

I worked with Dave. He has excellent costumer service skills in communication and professionalism. I brought my Expedition in on Monday to have transmission work done, not only was I pleased with the work, but also how Dave explained clearly how much time it would take, and what work was being done. When I came to pick my truck up today, he even went out into the rain to retrieve it so that I didn't get rained on. That's above and beyond! Dealer sent mobile team to my home to update software. While at my house they also did a safety check and did fluid check and fill. Also did a video of the safety check and sent that to me. The dealership followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with the mobile visit. They dud great!
As a first time buyer of a new car, the proses went smooth, the only “complaint” I have is the cleaning of the vehicle needs to be better, side mirror was not cleaned well and the bed of the truck was not cleaned well.
